When I was a kid, my father was a huge Redskins fan so my brother and I became big Redskins fans, and are still to this day. I just remember watching Chris Hanburger play Linebacker for the Skins and was simply amazed the whole time. This was back when you could actually clothesline players and Hanburger was as good at that as the rest of 'em.
He took the time to sign a few cards, and even hand write a response. I was emotional about it actually. This great man took the time to do this for a nobody like me. I will remember that for the rest of my days, no matter how few they are. |
